The system enhances operational efficiency by equipping housekeepers and transporters with essential functionalities, including the ability to review their assigned tasks and update job statuses to in progress, delayed, or completed. It also facilitates communication by allowing users to receive and respond to messages from supervisors, supported by real-time push notifications and audible alerts for new jobs and messages. Additionally, the solution provides features for shift Check-In and Check-Out, as well as managing breaks through Go On/Off Break options, thereby supporting effective workforce management and communication within hospital operations.
